Yes — each DECIYA product includes the basic mounting hardware required for a standard RCC or brick wall installation. This typically includes wall screws, wall plugs, and any product-specific fasteners. Check the individual product page under "What's in the Box" for the exact contents.

Both the KeyDock and AirShelf use solid pine wood. All products are finished in a walnut matte topcoat. Product pages clearly state the material for each item.

All DECIYA wood products use a water-based matte topcoat applied over the stained wood surface. The KeyDock and AirShelf use a walnut matte finish — a warm, natural wood tone. The finish is wipe-clean and scratch-resistant under normal use, with no plastic or glossy appearance.

DECIYA products are designed for dry indoor spaces — living rooms, bedrooms, home offices, and entryways. They can be used in kitchens away from the stove and direct splashing. They are not suitable for bathrooms, laundry areas, or outdoor spaces with direct rain or heavy moisture exposure.

Yes — solid pine products can be sanded and refinished. We'd recommend using a compatible matte wood topcoat. Note that modifying a product may affect its warranty coverage.

DECIYA products work on RCC (reinforced concrete) walls, brick walls, and hollow block walls. Use the appropriate wall plugs for your wall type. For drywall or hollow partitions, use toggle bolts (not included) for a stronger hold.

A 6mm masonry drill bit works for most DECIYA installations with the included wall plugs. Always use a masonry/concrete drill bit — not a wood or metal bit — for wall drilling. Drill to a depth of approximately 40mm.

A drill is required for wall mounting. You can hire one from a local hardware store for a few hours, or ask a neighbour. A hand drill will not work well in RCC or brick walls — you need an electric drill with hammer function for best results.

Any wall-mounted product requires drilling small holes (typically 6mm). When removed, these holes can be filled with wall putty and painted over. We recommend checking your rental or housing society rules before installation.

We take packaging seriously, but if your product arrives damaged, please email us at help@deciya.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
