Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: Up to 12 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions. A tracking link will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500
• Flat ₹99 shipping fee on orders below ₹1,500
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout before payment

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order, please email us at help@deciya.com.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, contact us to reschedule delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged (crushed packaging, broken product), please:

• Photograph the package and product before opening fully
• Email help@deciya.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
• We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly — no need to return the damaged item

Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and uninstalled
• It must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and hardware
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been drilled, installed, or modified in any way
• Products with missing hardware, accessories, or original packaging
• Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at help@deciya.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product in its current condition

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not ship the product back without receiving written confirmation from us first.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will arrange and cover the return shipping. If you are returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size selected), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the refund does not appear within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider, then reach out to us at help@deciya.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a dispatch confirmation email has been sent, cancellations are not possible — you would need to initiate a return after delivery.

To cancel an unshipped order, email help@deciya.com as soon as possible with your order number.
